Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering Kids CIC to hold their Picnic in the Park event at Burton Road Jubilee Park on 25th August from 12:00pm until 2:00pm.

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be permitted to go ahead with their Picnic in the Park as outlined on the above date and time. Anticipated attendance 10-20
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the organisers signing a user licence agreement.
