Purpose

To give permission for the Carlton Action
Group to hold a community sports day on Carlton Hill recreation
Ground on 16th August 2024 between 4pm and 8pm, plus 2 hours
required before after the event to set up and take down.

Decision

That the Carlton Action Group be permitted to
go ahead with their community sports day as outlined on the above
date. Attendance, est. 300-1000.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and event risk
assessment and will require the issue of a lease indemnifying
Gedling Borough Council in the event of accident for any activities
held on the recreation ground and to ensure the land is reinstated
should any damage occur whilst accessing and exiting the
site.
