Purpose

The purpose of this decision is to provide an
incentive for existing swim lesson members to receive rewards for
bringing in new customers

Decision

It has been agreed to run a swim lesson
referral promotion at set times across the year, These promotions
will provide a one-off £5 reduction to a customers direct
debit swim lesson payment if they refer a new customer onto the
scheme. That new customer will also receive a £5 reduction in
their membership for one month
