Purpose

To give permission for the Friends of Gedling
Country Park to run their stand at Gedling Country Park on a weekly
basis, every Sunday from 10am until 3pm. And Bank Holiday 10am
until 3pm. Commencing June 2024 until June 2025.

Decision

That the Friends group be allowed to run their
promotional stand at Gedling Country Park on the above dates and
times. Estimated attendance: Maximum of 100 depending on passing
interest.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accident for any activities held on the land.
