Purpose

To give permission for All Hallows Primary
School trip to Gedling Country Park on 24th June from 10am until
12pm.

Decision

That All Hallows School be given permission to
conduct their School visit at Gedling Country Park as outlined on
the above date and time.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, risk assessment
and the issue of a user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling
Borough Council in the event of accidents for any activities held
on the park.
