Purpose

To give permission for Dice and Balls CIC to
hold their activities in the woodlands surrounding the Bestwood
Lodge Hotel within Bestwood Country Park on 12th and 13th October
from 10am until 3pm. Set up from 9:30am and take down by
3:30pm.

Event Activities: As part of a wider Board Games Convention being
held at Bestwood Lodge Hotel and car park, the organisers are also
planning; Introduction to Live Roleplay sessions in the woods
adjacent to the hotel. This would involve leading a small group
along a predefined route through the woods and have a partially
scripted, partially improvised adventure.

Decision

That Dice and Balls CIC be permitted to go
ahead with their woodland activities as outlined on the above date
and times. Anticipated attendance 10 per session.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and user licence
agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event of
accident for any activities held on the park.
