Purpose

To give permission for Positively Empowering
Kids CIC to hold their Community Fun Day at Killisick Recreation
Ground on 28th September from 11:00am until 3pm. The organisers
will be on site from 9:00am to set up and take down at
3:30pm

Decision

That Positively Empowering Kids CIC be allowed
to go ahead with their Community Fun Day as outlined on the above
date and times. Anticipated attendance 600-800.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance, H&S documents
being supplied to the Council for the Inflatable Bouncy Slide, a
SAG approved event management plan and if required Temporary Events
Notice for the music and entertainment and requirement of a user
licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the event
of accident for any activities held on the park and to ensure the
land is reinstated should any damage occur whilst accessing, using
and exiting the site. The organisers have been requested to avoid
using the football pitch in case of damage to the playing
surface
