Purpose

To give permission for Jane Daffe to hold a
childs 8th birthday party at Nottingham Road Recreation Ground on
14th September from 2:30pm until 4:30pm. Set up time from 1:30pm
and dismantle by 5pm.

Decision

That the organiser be given permission to hold
a Child’s Birthday Party on Nottingham Recreation Ground as
outlined on the above dates and times.
This decision is dependent on correct insurance and the issue of a
user licence agreement indemnifying Gedling Borough Council in the
event of accidents for any activities held on the park.
