(1) the Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) 2025-26 CIL Report is approved for publication and published on the Council’s website by 31st December 2026 and its CIL information be submitted to Government;
(2) the Infrastructure List 2025-26 is approved for publication with delegated authority to amend in the event that partner councils approve minor changes to it before publication on the Council’s website by 31st December 2026.
