Purpose

To approve the IFS 2025/26 Part 2 CIL Report and the S106 Planning Obligations Report.

Decision

RESOLVED that:

(1)              the Infrastructure Funding Statement (IFS) 2025/26 S106 Report Part 2 S106 planning obligations report is approved for publication and published on the Council’s website by 31st December 2026 and its information be submitted to Government;

(2)        delegated authority is given to the Director of Place Assets and Regeneration to approve formatting, structural amendments and minor alterations including any typographical errors prior to publication of the IFS 2025/26 S106 Report.
