Members support the proposals as set out within the
report, including the current negotiated position with GCLL,
alongside the trust’s capital investment and financial
proposals.
·       
To grant delegated authority to the Director
(Communities & Inclusive Growth) in consultation with the
Leader, the Director (Corporate Services) (in the role of S151
officer) and the Monitoring Officer; to take all necessary
practical, financial and legal actions required to finalise the
negotiations.
