Decision

RESOLVED that the application be DELEGATED
to the Head of Planning to grant PERMISSION subject to
conditions and informatives as set out
in the report and subject to consultation with Kent Fire and
Rescue. Should Kent Fire and Rescue request any amendments to the
proposed plans, the application shall be reported back to Planning
Committee for re-determination.
