Decision

1.    
that the Cabinet endorse the action of submitting a vote to the
Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Lothbury Property Fund
being held on the 28 March in favour of the termination date being
extended from 31 March by a maximum of 60 days; and

2.    
that the Cabinet endorse the action of confirming that the
Council’s investment in the Lothbury Property Fund is
transferred to the UBS-managed Triton Fund.
