Decision

It
was agreed:
 

To
approve the disposal of the land parcel associated with the
proposed development at Milton Place (subject to the removal of
land associated with the skate park) to the Gravesham Community
Investment Partnership (GCIP) for nil value, as assessed by the
Independent Valuation Report, and agree to the Director
(Communities and Inclusive Growth) undertaking all necessary
practical, financial and legal actions required; and

To
approve the additional budget requirement for Milton Place within
the capital programme as set out in section 6.5.5 of the Part B
Report.
