Decision

1. To proceed with a public consultation in respect of potential changes to the Council Tax Reduction Scheme from 1st April 2026 as set out in section three of the report.
2. To proceed with the draft consultation documents (Appendix 2) and give delegated authority to the Director (Corporate Services), in consultation with the Leader of the Executive and Portfolio Holder for Performance and Administration to finalise the consultation documents.
