Decision

To approve the receipt and expenditure of
£3m from the Local Regeneration Fund (formally the Levelling
Up Fund) and £490,000 from the Lower Thames Crossing to
deliver a programme of interventions in Gravesend Town Centre.
Delegated authority is given to the Director (Communities &
Inclusive Growth) to progress the development of the project-level
detail and all legal, financial and practical arrangements in
consultation with the Leader, Monitoring Officer and Section 151
Officer.
