Decision

To dispose of 13 Darnley Street
to release capital for reinvestment into sustainable, compliant
housing stock, ensuring the Council’s Housing Asset Strategy
remains both financially sound and legally compliant.  The capital funds will only be used to support the
purchase of property and will not be used for other
purposes.
