Decision

to delegate authority to the Leader
of the Executive to work with the Director (Corporate Services) and
Chief Executive to determine the final business rates impact on the
General Fund revenue budget for 2026/27 and approve the final
budget to be presented to Full Council on 24 February 2026;
and
for a resolution to be placed before
the meeting of the Council on 24 February 2026, specifying the
council tax to be levied in the Borough of Gravesham for the year
2026/27.
