Decision

1. that the information contained within the report be noted;
2. the revised Board Structure for Rosherville Limited as set out in paragraph 2.3, setting out the appointment of the Head of Financial Services to the Rosherville Limited Board be approved; and
3. that the Committee Services Manager, in consultation with the Leader of the Executive, notifies the Board of Rosherville Limited at the next respective Board meeting of the appointment to the vacant Director post.
