Decision

1. that the Corporate Vulnerability Policy and the Corporate Debt Strategy be approved; and
2. that delegated authority be given to the Director (Corporate Services), in consultation with the Leader, to make minor amendments to the Corporate Vulnerability Policy and the Corporate Debt Strategy.
