Decision

To
adopt the Corporate Complaint Policy & Procedure, which
included amendments to the current process for managing complaints,
in line with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling
Code
 
To
appoint the Leader of the Executive to have oversight on corporate
complaints and the Cabinet Member for Housing to have oversight of
Housing complaints
