funding for the works as set out in the report.

Approve Delegated Authority to the Deputy Chief
Executive & Director of Communities and Inclusive Growth, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Operational Services, to
contract an appropriate company to deliver the scheme.
 

3.    
Approve Delegated Authority to the Deputy Chief
Executive & Director of Communities and Inclusive Growth, in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Operational Services, to
deliver further works to St Andrews gardens, should further funding
be made available by third parties.
