To delegate authority to the Director of Housing in consultation
with Lead Member to finalise and submit the bid.

To delegate authority to the Director of Housing to ensure delivery
of the work should the bid be successful.

·       
Approve the addition of the project to the 2025/26, 2026/27 and
2027/28 capital programmes should the bid be successful.
