About

The Guildford and Waverley Joint Overview & Scrutiny Committee provides oversight for decisions made by the Joint Executive Committee of Guildford Borough Council and Waverley Borough Council. It can review and request reconsideration of decisions made by the Joint Executive Committee or key officer decisions that have not yet been implemented. The committee may delegate its functions to officers of either council, with defined limits, and can establish sub-committees or working groups to support its work.
