About

The Guildford & Waverley Joint Executive Committee is responsible for determining and providing strategic management and direction for the shared services between Guildford and Waverley Councils. It sets strategic targets and decides on significant changes to these services that affect the public in either or both council areas. The committee agrees draft revenue and capital budgets for shared services, ensuring they align with each council's budget strategy and clearly outline costs and any savings. It also considers and determines, or makes recommendations on, other matters as agreed by both council leaders.
