The current contracted out lease expires on
16th December 2024.
The tenant is Think One Ltd who uses the land for additional
parking at the passing rent of £6,728pa payable monthly in
arrears as Mesne Profits.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period following expiry
whilst the terms of a new lease of the above premises are
negotiated.
