A procurement exercise was carried out with
Gary Durrant, Environmental Protection Lead for stages 1 and 2 of
the study.
A direct award was made under Procurement Procedure Rule
10.1.
Stage 1 was completed in October 2024 and after consultation in
November 2024 with the incoming Director of Economy, Planning and
Place stage 2 was approved for procurement to progress.
