Following screening exercises carried out in
accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and
Programmes Regulations 2004 and The Conservation of Habitats and
Species Regulations 2017, and consultation with three statutory
bodies, the Council as competent authority determines that the
Albury Neighbourhood Plan (as set out in the scoping document
provided by the qualifying body) does not require a Habitat
Regulations appropriate assessment, but does require a Strategic
Environmental Assessment environmental report.
