To approve the grant of the lease of Unit 14
Foundation Units, Westfield Road to Robert and Alison Walker t/a P
C Walker Motor Engineers Ltd in line with the following terms and
conditions:

For the grant of a new lease the rent will be £8,250 per
annum (from £7,750 per annum) exclusive of business rates and
service charge.

The agreed term is 3 years

The rent will be payable monthly in advance.
