The owner of 6 Burnt Common Cottages has
planning
permission for the construction of a new detached
dwelling house with three bedrooms and integral garage
bin stores cycle stores and related parking. The transfer
of the property dated 24 October 1983 contains a
covenant that the property can only be used as a single
private dwellinghouse for occupation by one family only.
This covenant together with the covenant for parking
within the curtilage of the property will need to be varied
to
allow the development to proceed, and to allow two cars
to be parked within the curtilage of each property
Reasons for the decision
The proposed development will not cause any
detrimental
impact to the Council’s adjoining land.
