To approve the grant of a lease of Wyke School
Reception Building to South Farnham Education Trust in line with
the following terms and conditions:
For grant of a new lease the rent will be £30,000 per annum
which, in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal
Consent powers, provides the ‘best consideration reasonably
obtainable’.
The agreed term is 5 years, with a rolling mutual break option on
six months prior written notice. The first date the break option
can occur is 31 August 2026.
The rent will be payable quarterly in advance.
