This Delegated Authority requests the
authority to carry out works relating to the demolition of the
garages at Parsons Green and the house at 16 Mangles Road.
The demolitions are required to provide a clear site ahead of
development.
The house at 16 Mangles Road lies on the route which the new water
supply pipe takes.
The demolition of the garages is required to provide replacement
parking for the spaces lost as a result of the Bellfields Road
Improvements.
Therefore Phase 1 cannot commence, and the Bellfields Road
Improvements cannot provide a complete solution until these
demolitions are completed.
