To approve the reviewed rent of the above property leased to Martin
McColl Ltd (in administration).

In accordance with the terms of the of the lease, the rent has been
reviewed to open market value (OMV).

The annual passing rent of £47,250 has been reviewed as at
14th Sep 2023 and it is proposed to increase it to
£52,000.

A memorandum will be endorsed on the lease recording this
review.
