To appoint Arcadis (UK) Limited to provide
consultancy services in connection with the Guildford Park road
scheme. The consultant will assist the Council to prepare a set of
Employers Requirements for the affordable housing to be delivered
by this scheme. The fee payable for this work will be £15,053
+VAT.
