The Council’s tenant Martin McColl Ltd
has gone into administration and the joint administrators
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, have requested that they be given
licence to allow the assignment of the property to
Alliance Property Holdings Ltd. (Co Number: 00907499)
This is in accordance with the Council’s General Disposal
Consent powers, the proposed assignment provides the ‘best
consideration reasonably obtainable’ where at the time of
assignment the remaining term exceeds seven (7) years.
The Council cannot unreasonably withhold or delay consent for such
assignment.
