To approve the grant of a new lease of unit 7
Midleton Enterprise Park to Davis Property Services GU Ltd. on the
following terms:

Demised Premises: Unit 7 Midleton Enterprise Park
Term: 5 Years
Rent: £12,000 p.a. (payable quarterly in advance)
Rent Free Period: The 1st month will be rent free
Break Option: Tenant-Only break after 3 years
Repairing Obligations: Tenant to repair and maintain the internal
elements of demised premises, and pay a fair contribution towards
the costs of external repairs and maintenance, and the running of
the Industrial Estate.
