To approve the new lease of Unit 14 Midleton
Enterprise Park to Mantisonix Ltd in line with the following terms
and conditions:
For the grant of a new lease, the rent will be £15,800 per
annum with a rent-free period of 1 month, which in accordance with
the Council’s General Disposal Consent powers, provides the
‘best consideration reasonably obtainable’.
The agreed term is 5 years, with a Tenant break option on the third
anniversary of the term commencement. The rent will be payable
quarterly in advance on the usual quarter days. A six month rent
deposit has been agreed between the parties.
