GBC utilised the Pagabo Framework Lot 4 for
Site Supervisor/Clerk of Works to procure a suitable NEC Supervisor
to act for GBC on the Off-site Highways NEC Contract initially,
with the Council being able to utilise Ross Quality for the next
four years for NEC Supervisor services. The top ranked consultant
was selected as appropriate and fulfilling the criteria for the
project. The project and procurement team met with the consultant
to discuss the project and the capability of the consultant.
Ross Quality provided a fee proposal which has been vetted by the
project team and is based on the framework call-off rates.
