GBC utilised the Pagabo Framework Lot 4 for
Site Supervisor/Clerk of Works to procure a Clerk of Works to act
for GBC on the delivery of the Suitable Alternative Green Space
(SANG) and to act for GBC on future Clerk of Works contracts on a
call-off basis based on framework rates.
A technical and commercial analysis was undertaken on the two
tenders returned and assessed independently by GBC representatives.
Ross Quality Control provided the most comprehensive response and
were also most competitive in terms of cost and were therefore
selected.
We therefore request authority to enter into a contract for Clerk
of Works services with Ross Quality Control for the GBC New Depot
project via the call-off contract.
