approve the proposed Repairs Policy.
Reason(s):
To
ensure that the Housing Department has a documented repairs policy
to help us meet the Social Housing Regulator’s standards for
safety, quality, accountability, and ensures that our repairs
service is effective, efficient, and provides value for
money.
