Provide advice to the Council and liaise with
Thames Water (or their appointed agent) regarding agreeing heads of
terms on legal agreements in connection with the works to install a
new water main.

Submit a head of claim for compensation regarding any losses
incurred by the Council, which will include Council
employees’ costs and legal fees.
