The Electrical Installation and Condition reports (EICR's)
and electrical re-wires in several of GBC's housing properties will
be audited to ensure compliance. This audit will begin with 10% of
the awarded certificates and the properties they relate to so as to
ensure what is detailed corresponds with the condition and layout
of the electrical installation in each property and for any need to
rectify and make safe to be carried out immediately.
