The Council has received a request for a
Licence to access the land adjacent to the Park Barn Footbridge to
undertake works for trial /bore holes.
These works are in relation to the larger scale bridge works. The
licence to be in line with the following terms and
conditions:

• The licence will be granted to Surrey County Council.

• The period of the licence will run for 5 days from date of
completion.

• The Grantees have agreed to pay £250 for the licence,
plus Council legal and surveyor fees

Reasons for the decision

To assist Surrey County Council with their
works in relation to the Park Barn Foot Bridge, and to receive
consideration for their occupation and use of the Council’s
property.
