The Council is investigating the performance
and cost of its major cyclic maintenance on HRA properties. To
ensure that the service can continue and that the relevant
standards on repairs and compliance are adhered to we are
contracting in relevant expertise to assist with reviewing this
contracts and service and to provide specialist leadership for the
interim period.
