The Council has received a request to grant
consent
under the terms of the transfer of 28 Roundhill way
for the erection of a three bedroom detached
dwelling within an area of garden land formerly
belonging to 28 Roundhill Way, as approved by the
Local Planning Authority on the thirtieth day of
January 2023 under reference number 21/P/01593.
As the transfer restricts the use of the property to
one dwelling, it will be necessary for the transfer to
be varied to remedy the current breach.
