Purpose

Planning permission was previously granted for
three small sites at 21 Dunmore, Land to the South of 27 Broomfield
and 17 Wharf Lane for the construction of affordable homes. We are
now looking to progress these projects and require a multi
disciplinary team including a Contract Administrator, Project
Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Services Engineer, Structural Engineer
to develop the design of these proposals in further detail for
tender, and provide relevant input through the construction
process.
