Decision:

Approve
the award of Lot 1: Voids Property Refurbishment, New Voids
Contract to Supplier R Benson for a period of three year + one
year+ one year, at a cost of £9,520,000.00 (nine million five
hundred and twenty thousand pounds)

2.      
Approve
the award of Lot 2: Voids Property Refurbishment, Legacy Voids
Contract to Supplier R Benson for a period of one year, at a cost
of £640,000.00 (six hundred and forty thousand
pounds).
Reason(s):

1.      
R Benson provided the most economically advantageous
tender on both Lots, following a competitive tender, under the
Public Contracting Regulations 2015 via ProcurePublic Limited
Building Refurbishment Framework 2025 (Contract Award Notice 2025/S
000-000522) with Project Reference 155385 

2.      
R Benson demonstrated the ability to meet the
critical success factors of the contract, with capacity, skills,
experience and strong business continuity planning.

3.
