The current contracted out lease is soon to
expire on 20th
June 2023.
The tenant is Care Catering Limited.
In order to protect the Council’s interests, the proposal
is
to grant a tenancy at will to cover the period following
expiry whilst the terms of a new lease of the above
premises are negotiated.
