To approve the common law tenancy of Plot C10
and C11 Salmons Road to the tenant in line with the following terms
and conditions:
For grant of a new common law tenancy the rent will be
£2,150.99 per annum.
The agreed term is 2 years with a mutual break option giving two
months’ notice at any time.
The rent will be a one off payment in advance.
