The Council has received a request to grant an access licence over
land known as Foxburrows Open Space in line with the following
terms and conditions:

The licence will be granted to the current owners of 19 Burrows
Close, Guildford, GU2 8WB for the purposes of carrying out works to
their property.

The Grantee has agreed to pay £60 per week plus the
Council’s legal and surveyors fees.

The licence will be for 1 month with an option to extend for a
further month.

The Grantee has the necessary consents.

The Council will reinstate the land following completion of the
works and will recover the cost of the reinstatement from the
grantee.
